We offer free shipping for orders over £75. A flat fee of £2.95 will be applied for orders below £75.

Orders placed through our website will be shipped in 2 days. We deliver your order straight to your address via Royal Mail. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. 

Free Returns: 

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at sales@zcurations.com. We guarantee a full refund on returned items provided they are in the original condition in which you received them. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped in 2 days (except holiday season) However, it should arrive on average between 3-7 days depending on your address and time and day of the order.

How much do you charge for shipping? 

We ship everywhere within the UK. Shipping for orders over £75 is free. A flat rate of £2.95 will be applied at the check-out for the orders below £75.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we get your order. We will send you another e-mail with the tracking number after the package is dispatched.

I need to change something on my order. How do I do that?
